Weather has been playing the biggest factor. It has been so cold that there has been no motivation to work. The plumber wants it heated before he begins. However, the electrician is good to go. The windows are expected to arrive on Tuesday. That will allow Alan and his team to get things enclosed and comfortable for the plumber.
